Trying to find my way around F/Book. I received your message, that you are interested in purchasing my APVC membership. The membership is a Platinum level membership, entitling you to 5000 points/year, current points status is 3836 points, in the APVC account and 3000 points in the Interval International account. The points with Interval Int’ have to be used by the 29th March 2011. The next allocation of points, will be 1st March 2011, 5000 points. If you have visited the Accor Premier Vacation Club web site, you will see that the membership/use of points, is flexible, the membership is long term, our m/ship is valid until 2080. The m/ship can be left as part of an estate, for family members to use. The APVC m/ship gives you access to resorts within Australia and N.Z. while the Interval Int, give you access to resorts world wide. There is an annual Maintenance fee payable on the m/ship, currently $760 and a fee for Interval Int M/ship, we only pay that if we are going to travell o/seas. We have had the m/ship for about 3 years but we are not able maximise our use of it, hence our decision to sell. My asking price is $22,500 [negotiable], for the m/ship. We own the m/ship, it is not encumbered by any finance agreement. The current Platinum m/ship is in the vicinity of $30,000 to purchase. If you require addittional info, don’t hesitate to contact me.
