Inspirato offers a unique program. A one time fee that seems affordable ($15,000), annual maintenance fees depending on the number of weeks you commit to and a nightly rental fee that is supposedly less than market.

The company leases all of its properties. That means it is a ”timeshare” owner who is splitting their time into smaller fractions.
