I have timeshare Malcolm and i have rented mine out a couple of times now and paid the payments with the rent. I know you have to be financial BEFORE you can rent BUT you have to own the house before you can rent it don’t you? Hello Tony thanks for the interest in replying. Yes so have I. My house is on mortgage and if I was behind time paying it I could still rent it out. The point I am making is that despite them saying you are a owner you are not because they wont let you rent it and claim your money. They the timeshare company will use it and keep the money.
