Membership is moving up steady, but we need more input from members as to how the Luxury Real Estate is doing in there part of the world, I am in New York, USA,where the luxury Market is in a Hold position,Not realy moving up or down, a few buyers and a few sellers here and there,no real movement in prices afther about a 20% drop Last year, no real Building activity going on,
I think PropertyTaxes in New York are too high,and might be holding back buyers
