Had the opportunity to purchase a nice vacation home in Jan 2010 in Davenport Florida, 10 minutes outside of Disneyworld. Price was excellent, with vacation rental on mind. We dressed it up nicely, like a model home and paid special attention to detail. Took a few bucks and some effort but had this vacation home up and running in 3 weeks. The bookings have been constant, with little empty weeks. Things are going great! The economy is still recovering but the Disney anchor is a great rental plus and rentals are strong.
