Most fractional developments are currently aimed at the affluent, but would you like to see more fractional ownership options within the mass market price ranges? Let us know your thoughts.

Yes, I would. I am a retired teacher with limited income, but I would be interested in this at a reasonable price. We own about 5 weeks of timeshare points through Wyndham, but I’m always looking for more.

I agree, middle income America, is getting squeezed financially to where even the price of regular timeshare is becoming to expensive. Fractional developments could fill this gap.

1 believe its a fine line between Holiday ownership and Fractional Ownership.
Still to be convinced of the difference…but welcome a reasoned arguement..lol.

Would $35,900 for 4 weeks ( 1 per season) in The Great Smoky Mountains sound like a resonable deal?

Due to the economic crisis, this is a period of time that almost everything seems too unreasonable and/or expensive comparing it with it’s value and opportunity cost. (i.e. in Economics: The money you invest and/or spend for something and the value you obtain from it in comparison with the value of buying something else instead.)
For example, my brother in law made a deal $34,900 for 4 weeks in the amazing Greek islands (Island of Crete) in a 2 bedrooms appartment and has 2 weeks in spring (easter time) and 2 weeks in the summer, — $29,225 was the deal for 4 weeks in a 1 bedroom appartment– while my family and I, with $35,350 made a deal for 1 week in the summer, onboard a luxury yacht and we are free to cruise and fish everywhere we wish in the Greek islands without being at the same place all the time!
