Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach Wyndham Grand Resort Progresses
August 17, 2012Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach announced today that Phase Two construction is progressing quickly with its Building One East on schedule for completion the first quarter of 2013. The announcement was made by Todd Hadley, owner’s representative for Poipu Beach Villas, LLC, property developer. There will be 13 new luxurious residences and they are now available for pre-sale. The residential-style floor plans are fully furnished and equipped with gourmet kitchens, central air, semi-private elevator access and very generous lanais. In addition to these new residences, the resort amenities are being enhanced with a finely appointed day spa, expanded fitness center and new real estate office.

“Construction on Building One East is progressing rapidly and we are energized by its progress,” said Hadley. “Within the last month, the concrete superstructure of the building was completed. We are very impressed with Layton Construction, the general contractor of the project, who is doing a magnificent job with the day-to-day construction and jobsite management.”
