Foodography Tour In Puglia: Food For Thoughts, Eyes And Palate!
August 8, 2012Discovery Puglia offers a new fantastic tour in September and October for all those who love food, wine and photography!
The tour is divided into two parts:
- 3 days where you can independently visit wine cellars and taste Apulian wine, walk through the beautiful towns of Itria Valley and practise with your camera;
- 3 day photography workshop with a small group where you won’t have to worry about driving, but only to appreciate the scenery and cuisine of Puglia through the techniques taught by your tutor, a photographer in love with Puglia and its food.
The photography classes will alternate with cookery classes, held in a luxury country manor house, to learn how to make traditional products such as orecchiette and taralli.
