Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort Increases Its Ocean-Based Activities
July 12, 2012Long known as one of the most family-friendly resorts in Hawaii, Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort has added another family-friendly activity for its guests: the Waikiki Ocean Club. Billed as “Waikiki’s ultimate ocean playground,” Waikiki Ocean Club is the third ocean activity offered to guests at the resort.
Moored about 300 yards offshore, the Waikiki Ocean Club offers a wide variety of ocean-related activities such as trampolines, diving platforms, jet skiing, snorkeling, and helmet diving. The cost for a full day on board is $89.00 for adults (16 and older); $69.00 for youth (4 to 15 years). Kama’āina rates are $79.00 for adults and $59.00 for youth. Children 3 and under are $25.00. Some activities on board incur an additional cost.
The Spirit of Aloha marked the return of sailing excursions from Hilton Hawaiian Village in June of 2010. Aboard the 54-foot catamaran, guests can explore the Waikiki coastline through several different sails, including a lunch snorkel sail, a reef snorkel sail, an afternoon adventure sail, sunset cocktails and a Friday night fireworks dinner cruise.
