Try a digital detox – or at least turn your phone off for a few hours each day. This will enable you to properly switch off, rather than being open to work or other emails and texts which might keep you in a state of low level stress.
Look after your skin following sun exposure. The sun can sap your skin from the nutrients it needs to maintain healthy. While on holiday, make your own natural exfoliator by mixing lemon juice, rock salt and vitamin E oil and rejuvenate your skin for a healthy glow every evening.
