Secret Bay Unveils Ownership Option
July 3, 2012Secret Bay Resort in Dominica is offering guests the chance to become more than visitors. With the launch of its Residences Program, the eco-luxury resort’s fans can now own a villa or “treehouse” bungalow, guaranteeing access to this sought-after haven on the Nature Island. Even better, the Residence Program offers the highly personalized service that has garnered multiple awards during Secret Bay’s first year of operation, including being named to Travel + Leisure magazine’s “It List 2012.”
Secret Bay is the culmination of Dominican-born developer Gregor Nassief’s dream of building a boutique property on Secret Beach, a cliff-side setting faced by lush rain forests. “It took more than 15 years to assemble the property, but I knew it was the perfect location for a small-scale, sustainable resort,” he says. “Our guests this first year have wanted to become part of this vision, so we’re offering a limited number of villas and bungalows for purchase as whole or fractional ownership.”
