Occidental Vacation Club, a full service, all inclusive timeshare group has been recognized for its continuing efforts in improving its products, services and customer support. TripAdvisor, the largest travel website, awarded Certificates of Excellence to six Occidental Vacation Club Resorts. Four are in Mexico, one in the Dominican Republic and one in Aruba. To receive the awards, properties must be given 4 and 5 points (indicating a high level of satisfaction with the hotels, five being the highest), by customers who expressed their opinions and ratings on TripAdvisor’s website.

Occidental Grand Xcaret

One such customer was JerZgirl who visited the Occidental Grand Aruba. She posted that “It was my second visit to Occidental this year. I love how friendly the staff is, the service is impeccable, and the cleanliness of the room was very pleasing. I love all the activities round the pool especially for the adults. I plan on going back again and again!!!”
