Wyndham Opens in Canada’s Niagara Falls
June 23, 2012Wyndham Hotel Group, part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced the addition of the 152-room Wyndham Garden Fallsview Niagara Falls in Ontario to the upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® brand’s portfolio.
The opening expands Wyndham Hotel Group’s presence in Canada, which currently consists of 473 properties under the Ramada®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Baymont Inn & Suites®, Microtel Inn & Suites® by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham™, Howard Johnson®, Travelodge® and Knights Inn® hotel brands.
The full-service property, owned by Canop Investments Inc. and located in the Fallsview district of Niagara Falls, recently completed a total, multi-million-dollar overhaul which included the addition of a newly constructed tower, floors and guest rooms.
