Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), and Intrawest Resort Club Group, the exclusive managers of Club Intrawest®, a Vancouver-based private vacation club with locations in ski, golf, and beach destinations, today announced a long-term master affiliation agreement. The contract encompasses eight Club Intrawest resorts in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, as well as all future properties that the company develops or acquires during the term of the agreement.

In addition, Interval will provide points-based exchange and a comprehensive package of other services, benefits, and programs tailored to fit Club Intrawest Members’ needs, and enhance its services.
