German-Czech Cookery Courses Launched By Bavarian Forest Holidays
March 21, 2012Cross-border cookery courses from Bavarian Forest Holidays offer a new dimension to the rapidly expanding offer of cookery courses in Europe.
The village of Bayerisch Eisenstein, directly on border where Germany meets Czech Republic is the ideal location for the Bohemian-Bavarian cookery courses at their self catering apartments.
The courses are offered on a private basis, one family at a time, cooking their own supper chosen in their apartment from a list of local specialities, such as the well known Jaegerschnitzel or local specialities such as Dampfbiergulasch or Fried Carp.
