February 9, 2012

Following a £15million investment, The Mere Golf Resort and Spa unveils its first residential conferencing offering.

The Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Knutsford, Cheshire, which will be re-opening in March as a luxury Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa, will offer residential facilities for the first time as well as newly designed conferencing suites refurbished to the highest specification as part of the resort’s redevelopment.

Conference organisers have the opportunity to experience one of the North West’s most well-established conference and event facilities for up to 550 delegates alongside the new hotel comprising of 81 beautiful guest rooms and suites, new dining options across the resort, championship golf course and a state-of-the-art spa and health club. To allow organisers to make the most of this, the resort has launched its first Conferencing Residential package.

The package provides delegates with overnight accommodation in the newly built hotel, including a three course dinner at the ‘Browns at The Mere’ brasserie with full English breakfast and buffet lunch. Resident delegates can make the most of the extensive health club and spa facilities which include a 20 metre indoor pool and thermal zone. In addition, the conference organiser can benefit from a complimentary spa treatment of their choice. This launch offer is available between March and May 2012.
