Award winning Amber Restaurant is set within the five star Scotch Whisky Experience, only a stone’s throw from Edinburgh Castle. Known for its fine dining and superb selection of whiskies, the restaurant opens the doors to the private dining venue, the Castlehill Room, as a special treat for Valentine’s Day.
