This art was developed in Italy, right here in Fabriano, thus giving to everyone access to culture. You will witness and experience all the different phases of the creation of a paper sheet, exactly in the same way as it was made in the 1200′s by our traditional papermakers. You will discover all the secrets which those craftsmen jelously guarded, experiencing an art which still today retains all the magic of a past age. You will enjoy a uniquely creative and formative experience, which could lead you to further possibilities to achieve more advanced results: with the addition of specific techniques you will be able to create not only simple sheets of handmade paper but real and actual art forms.
