Ski Specialist Powder White Urges Snow Seekers To Plan Ahead For Best Value Easter
December 12, 2011With Easter falling in late April this year, families were largely confined to Christmas and half term ski breaks. However, with the picture looking rosier for 2012 – school Easter holidays start from 31 March – Powder White is urging families to book early to get the best value and take advantage of limited availability on apartment holidays.
“Apartments have come a long way offering great facilities, fantastic value and central resort locations,” says Powder White co-founder Fraser Ewart-White. “However with February half term all but sold out, families need to consider booking early to secure the best spring skiing deals in this popular period.”
As an additional incentive, Powder White is offering all guests who book Easter ski holidays a 30 per cent discount on pre-booked ski hire for the duration of their stay.
Powder White has over 300 apartment types available across 18 resorts in the top snow-sure French, Swiss and Austrian Alps. For the best value, Powder White recommends driving to the Alps. Return ferries from Dover to Calais cost from just £134 per car and motorway tolls cost from £129 both ways.
