On 6th December, in honour of Australia’s second Hard Rock location, the newly opened Hard Rock Cafe Sydney will host a rock-star-worthy Grand Opening celebration with live performances by Matt Sorum (Velvet Revolver, Guns ‘N’ Roses), and Jessica Sutta (formerly of the Pussycat Dolls) and all-Aussie-rockers Hard Rock All-Star Band featuring Doc Neeson (Angels), Angry Anderson (Rose Tattoo), Mark Gable (Choirboys), Buzz Bidstrup (Gangajang), Mark Evans (ACDC), Les Gock (Hush) and Dario Bortolin (Jimmy Barnes), with MC Mike Goldman.

Outside the cafe, there will also be an unforgettable free, open-air concert, featuring performances by some of Australia’s favourite rock and pop artists including Stan Walker, Altyian Childs, Tori Darke, Screaming Bikini and Syndicate, plus special appearances by international stars Jessica Sutta and DJ Lethal, culminating in fireworks over Darling Harbour.
