Of the 62,000 hotels rated by the AAA in North America during 2011, The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun is the only Five Diamond hotel that operates and manages two Five Diamond restaurants. The award wining resort continues to set the standard for excellence in tourism hospitality for all of North America maintaining its impressive collection of 15 sparkling diamonds for another year.
