Four Seasons Residence Clubs Extend Affiliation With Interval International

April 1, 2011

Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), has extended its affiliation with Four Seasons Residence Clubs. The multi-year agreements encompass two exceptional properties: Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, California, and Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North. This relationship was first established in 1997, when Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a leading operator of luxury hotels, entered the shared ownership industry.

Craig M. Nash, chairman, president, and CEO of Interval Leisure Group commented, “We’re very proud that Four Seasons — a hospitality brand renowned worldwide for its luxury-tier properties and superior service — has again chosen Interval to provide its owners with vacation exchange and leisure benefits. This renewal is a positive reflection of the high-quality standards that Interval has always represented and the strength of its global resort network.”

“We greatly value our longstanding relationship with Interval,” said John Davison, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “Over the years, Interval’s resorts and services offerings have provided our owners with opportunities to enjoy excellent vacation exchange options around the world.”
