Divi Resorts Adds Eco-Friendly Products To All Caribbean Properties
Divi Resorts announced today its latest green initiative, adding to a host of environmentally sustainable measures the company has implemented throughout its properties across the Caribbean. All guest rooms, suites and villas will now feature personal care amenities by Green from NATURA. The exclusive line of bath and facial soaps, lotions, shampoos and conditioners features biodegradable packaging, lids, and caps, thereby reducing demand for petroleum-based plastics. Its vegetable-based soaps are provided in natural recycled paper cartons, and NATURA’s signature “Waste Reducing” oatmeal exfoliating soap eliminates the unused center of traditional soap bars meaning less soap ends up in the trash.
Other benefits and features of Green from NATURA products include:
• Paraben-free ingredients
• Environmentally tested for safe usage in drainage to sewers and treatment plants
• Labels and cartons printed with soy-based inks
• Corn-based Plastarch Material (PSM) bottles which can be re-sealed and transported home easily, unlike tear-open packet versions
• Cruely free with no animal testing
