Hilton Hotels will don top toque on this week’s episode of the No. 1 food show on cable, challenging BRAVO’s remaining Top Chef D.C. chef’testants with the needs of a leading global hotel brand that must exceed guest expectations and upholding its legacy of culinary excellence. Beth Scott, Vice President – Restaurant Concepts for Luxury and Full Service Brands, Hilton Worldwide, will enter the Hilton Top Chef Kitchen as a special guest judge to survey this season’s talent and determine whose dish is worthy of global recognition.
