Three Women Entertain Thousands and Win Big as Endless Vacation Rentals (EVR) Concludes Search for America’s Funniest Vacation Stories

The votes are in and America has spoken, selecting three lucky ladies as Grand Prize vacation winners for stories that made us smile this Spring.

Heather Armstrong of Oakland, California, while vacationing on “Pee Street” near Hawaii’s Poipu Beach, had a brother who made a significant faux pas at an island music shop, offending locals by pronouncing Poipu beach “poo-poo-pee.” Kim Smyth of New Lenox, Illinois, in a case of mistaken identity, gave a little TLC and a big surprise to a total stranger instead of to her husband while walking behind him in the darkened waiting line of Space Mountain at Disney®. And Linda Comb’s husband of Vandalia, Ohio, mistook former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright for the secretary
at the school in Ohio where she works while dining at an upscale restaurant in Paris, creating quite a stir and embarrassing Linda beyond words.
